To our Employees For any questions about your work situation, please contact Debbie Behler. An email to all employees was sent on 3/26.

To Our Customers: HindlePower is open and continues to manufacturer our products. We are operating at a reduced capacity to balance the safety of our employees with market demand.

We’ve chosen to be transparent to keep you ‘informed.’ Should a question arise, we encourage any of our resellers to contact us for product availability and company status. Information for our sales staff can be found here:

HindlePower Coronavirus Plan Update:

Dear Valued Customer,

HindlePower has embraced the “flatten the curve” message from our country’s leaders.  Our priority and social obligation is the health and safety of our employees and our community at large. With that said, beginning Thursday, March 19th, HindlePower will temporarily halt our manufacturing efforts. Our current updated lead times reflect this decision. Existing orders that are scheduled to ship in the coming weeks have been moved out.

Bill Hindle, Debbie Behler, and I will continue to meet regularly to determine the best possible way to ensure the safety of our employees while also recognizing the importance of business continuity to you, our customer. We remain hopeful our manufacturing efforts will resume shortly.

Several high volume battery charger models and critical spare parts kits have been made available for emergencies. In the event you may need something outside of our emergency stock, we have limited staff available to produce spare components and battery chargers.

The remaining parts of our business will still operate from remote locations. Here is how HindlePower will continue to serve you during this time of transition:

Technical Service: Our technical service and engineering team will remain operational and, when possible, able to assist you in a manner you are accustomed to experiencing.

Customer Service: Our customer service team will remain operational. Order status and general business inquiries will be accommodated.

Education Services: Our sales staff will be available and focusing on educating your teams on our products and applications through various online platforms.

On-going company efforts: Our engineering and adjacent departments are working remotely to move existing projects forward.

We are vigilantly watching the COVID - 19 developments, and as we continue to update our plans, we’ll post them to https://www.hindlepowerinc.com/about-us/coronavirus-status-of-hindle-power/.

Stay Healthy and Best Regards,

Nicholas Hindle
